Case Study: Amplifying the Sales Pipeline with Solid Commerce





Stackmatix began talking with Solid Commerce’s CRO Gary Chavez in Q4 of 2020. Stackmatix reached out to Gary on LinkedIn wondering if Solid Commerce was looking to enhance their existing outbound sales strategy.

Intrigued by the fact that we caught Gary’s attention through our own outreach strategy on LinkedIn, Gary became interested in learning how his team could be doing the same to engage their prospects at scale.

As is typical with B2B SaaS, Solid Commerce’s sales team leveraged emails and calls as their primary channels to engage customers, but they had never explored LinkedIn, in part because they did not already have the LinkedIn profiles for their prospects saved within their CRM system.

Without having that in place, the process of manually searching for prospects’ profiles, and crafting an outreach message to engage with them, was simply too time consuming for their team to justify spending time on.

To combat this, Stackmatix proposed the following engagement with Solid Commerce:

  • Enrich Solid Commerce’s existing CRM data with LinkedIn profile links
  • Develop automated LinkedIn messaging and engagement strategy
  • Create a seamless process for the sales team to track leads and coordinate their outreach across LinkedIn, Email, and calls


In the first 5 weeks, Stackmatix enriched thousands of CRM records in this fashion, activated the outreach strategy, and drove 7 sales leads worth over $50K in ARR.
